Our cookie stamps and cutters are made from high quality, biodegradable PLA (polylactic acid). PLA is a bioplastic made from renewable plant-based materials such as corn starch or sugarcane.

HAND WASH ONLY, in lukewarm soapy water. Do not soak in water for extended periods. Scrub with a brush if needed.

DO NOT DISHWASH - 3D printed cookie stamps/cutters are not dishwasher safe. Dishwashing will cause the stamps/cutters to melt and warp.

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight or any heat source.

We currently ship Australia wide.

At this stage we do not offer international shipping for physical products.

All of our cookie cutters are available in STL format for our international customers who own their own 3D printers.

All of our cookie cutters are made-to-order so your cutters will commence printing once your order is confirmed.

We currently have a 2-5 day manufacturing time to create your beautiful stamps.

Once printed, your stamps will be posted the next business day.

Delivery timeframes are managed by Australia Post.

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, we are not responsible for any delays or issues. All orders include tracking details, and any costs incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you require priority/urgent manufacturing or postage, you will need to contact us to confirm that this is possible, before placing your order.

Yes of course! I’m currently accepting a limited number of custom design requests, subject to my availability.

Minimum 2 weeks notice is required for all custom orders.
